1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyOBHub ("the Service"), operated by MyOBHub ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyOBHub is a business management platform purpose-built for butcher shops. The Service provides tools for invoicing, inventory management, supplier and customer management, financial reporting, and staff management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis following a free trial period. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to store, transmit, or process any data that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell or share your business data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyOBHub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOBHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyOBHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
